FOR SENIORS
Remember that scuba diving can be practised in maturity, and most people in the world have been enjoying the sport for a long time.
Norman Lancefield - a man who proved that age is no barrier to doing what is his passion, died in February 2014 at the age of 93. He was recognised as the oldest diver in the world. He was an ambassador for diving, showing that you don't have to be young and athletic to enjoy being underwater.
‘I am 91 years old and have been diving with the same equipment since 1970. Like me, it is still reliable after more than 500 dives’.

Seniors gain health benefits from diving.
Diving is an aerobic activity, offering all the benefits of cardio without the possibility of joint damage. It can improve circulation and lower blood pressure. Studies show that people who dive regularly have a lower risk of heart attack or stroke and seawater has been shown to have healing and therapeutic effects.
