Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION OR ABSENCE BY THE CLIENT
We require all clients to give at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rebooking an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows for any reason will be charged for the full amount using the payment method provided on the booking.
Clients arriving more than 30 minutes after the start time of their appointment will be considered no-shows and therefore no refund will be given, either for lateness or any other reason.
The company does not assume any reimbursement in the event of returning at any time for personal reasons after the start of the activity.
CANCELLATIONS BY THE COMPANY
This is an outdoor activity and therefore weather conditions may vary and may not always be ideal. Sometimes there may be some wind or waves, you have to take that possibility into account and assume that the activity could be done in those conditions and that, in the last case, it will always be the captain/instructor's discretion to determine whether or not the conditions are suitable to carry it out.
Likewise, if the workers consider before the excursion that the conditions of a beach at that time are not suitable for the activity, they may decide to visit another beach with better conditions.
It is sometimes very difficult to know in advance what the weather will be like on the scheduled day and it can also be the case that the activity has to be cancelled at the last minute or even during the activity due to worsening weather conditions. Each case would then be analysed in order to proceed to the corresponding refund.
Only in cases of weather alerts, beyond the control of both parties and established by the Government of the Canary Islands, so that we are obliged to cancel the activity, the client will be refunded in full or the activity will be rescheduled for another day as appropriate.
If we need to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, customers will not be charged and will receive a new priority booking on the date that suits them best.
